2. i-Health Annual Distributors Conference

i-Health is one of the leading health and wellness over-the-counter supplement providers in the world. Every year, the international team at i-Health hosts a distributor conference for health and wellness companies from all over the world to attend and learn about new products, re-branding, marketing strategies and other information.

In 2016, the conference was held in Boston, Massachusetts and consisted of attendees from Peru, the United Kingdom, China, South Korea and Australia. While in Boston for the conference, the entire group took tours, experienced Boston cuisine and more!

Internal Event Planning:

  • Work alongside international team at i-Health in planning
  • Schedule a duck boat tour for group with translation capabilities
  • Reserve private rooms with menus that offered family style dining in restaurants that were unique to Boston to show international guests true Bostonian cuisine

  • Organize conference space at the hotel with catering and AV equipment
  • Organize guest rooms at the hotel with accommodations
  • Organize car services and flights for international guests
  • Construct gift boxes for guests with souvenirs to take back with them
  • Created a shot list, a timeline, a guest list, and organized contracts and documents for event
